The dark wood set named “Björn”. I like that name, it’s perfect for a nordic theme and it’s the name that I thought of whilst making this somewhat more masculine set. Enjoy. =D

Some might remember my Nordic Bedroom for the Sims 1. I had been asked on occasion whether I would make something like it for the Sims 2. I like this type of furniture a lot myself, so here it is. If you want to see the Sims 1 set, it’s here - around the middle of the page. Back then I made it so it was a mix and match thing between nordic pine & white parts. Now, you can mix and match it yourself. The basic meshes all have a nordic pine texture and the recolours are the white pieces. The dresser has two additional slots, so you can put decor items on it - it opens and closes properly aswell. Use the letter M to move a decor item to the other side. The dark wood texture set “Björn” will be up on the weekend. Hope you like! =)

This is a shelf system that you can use around the whole room if you like. There are low and high meshes plus their corresponding corner meshes to make a seamless shelving system. These have slots, so that you can place deco items or lamps on them. There are 4 versions of the straight meshes - a high and low one with 1 slot - if you’d like to place a larger, longer item and a high and low one with 2 slots for smaller items. The corner meshes for both heights have 3 slots. Basically, you can put just about anything you like on these shelves. Decorate how you wish. =D

Other notes of worthy:
1. All have one working slot that the sim can use for a newspaper or their bills. On shelves with more than 1 slot, it’s always the left one when looking from the front.
2. Yes, they are hacked to work this way, so if you do have any issues - please let me know. I don’t expect them to cause any problems because they work fine in my game and I don’t put anything up on this site without making sure things work.
3. You can use the higher and lower ones together on one wall tile by using the usual wall cheat CTRL and ALT.
4. If you have Apartment Life, you MAY only need one height as there is now a cheat code for moving wall items up and down the wall. I’m not sure though since I don’t have AL yet.
