Please read the info provided in the downloaded file of how to install neighbourhoods in your game if you’re not sure how to do it.
The first 2 screenshots were taken right from the neighbourhood screen after decorating the island a bit with trees, rocks and other things, so it looks like it’s draped with garland etc - ok, so we all have a lot of imagination, don’t we? =D The last pic is right out of SimCity 4. When you make a hood in SC4, it can look kind of rugged and after importing it into the Sims 2, that ruggedness goes away and is replaced with more grass and a smoother look. I’d rather have kept the rugged look but that’s the way Sims 2 handles the ‘hoods on import. Still, I think it’s kind of pretty anyway. =)
